Intuition guides your days. Processing uncomfortable emotions and opening up to more creativity become as natural as breathing.
The fastest decisions I’ve ever made are ones where I was confident in my taste; the slowest decisions I’ve made (or have yet to make) are ones where I question it. (And the latter tends to be a symptom of trying to overintellectualize my taste, to compare it to others’ taste, to judge my own taste — which defeats its purpose.)

So before you build your second brain, build a relationship with your gut. Trust your felt-senses to guide you in discerning what is worth capturing. Get inexplicably emotional when you sit down to create. Feel your gut-feelings. Only then will you be able to create something truly valuable.
