CCK is released from the GI tract when we digest fatty acids (Omega 3, 6), amino acids (especially glutamine) and sugar. We mostly eat until we consumed enough fatty acids and amino acids to trigger CCK. CCK then puts the break on a-GRP neurons.

The problem I've found with all of them is it is difficult to get consistent solid results that you would want to build around. Even listening to podcasts this seems to be a theme with the people at the forefront of MAS LLMs.
