Not only that, using intellectual property as a barrier can sometimes hurt companies rather than help them, since it can slow the growth of the business ecosystems
And as your opportunities increase, don’t respond by matching your capacity to meet the additional opportunities. Under-build your capacity, instead, and have more “no” conversations.

Bodies have skin; cells have membranes; water droplets have surface tension. These containing, enveloping boundaries allow a thing to exist. Without them, there is no “thing,” just an undifferentiated mass of stuff. With them, whatever it is can grow, flourish, and explore its unique way of being.
