Thinking about brands like Rapha or the recent uptick of social “members only” gyms like Be More and X Denver.
This LinkedIn post calls them “clubhouses” but I prefer the inclusive nature of “third places” but I do wonder if the pay to play acts a filtering mechanism.
My hunch is that these third places that are going to scale and be monetized be related to things that culture is obsessed with like work, exercise, commerce
