Future of Work

The idea is that all aspects of business and, eventually, human life will become adaptive, dynamic entities akin to living organisms. This includes everything from the tools we use, the processes we follow, our documentation, and our WHOLE businesses. Even our literal employees.

I used to train using only productivity cases. Now I use more creativity. It’s stickier, and thus more efficient.

In an age where we expect to see thousands of new programs, technologies, and systems released during the course of our lives, the ability to comfortably integrate new ideas with personal passion is an absolute necessity.

an integral part of what drives education is a fostering of a culture that values it. In order for education to thrive and evolve, it must be part of our culture and valued by those who live in it. If not, those who try to walk the path of personal development will also become devalued and marginalized by our society.

The newest generations of learners need to learn why understanding the problem, the kinds of common mistakes that happen in organizing the problem, and learning to check answers for consistency are some of the most salient skills to develop in the real world.
