Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype
My friends, do not lose heart. We were made for these times. I have heard from so many recently who are deeply and properly bewildered. They are concerned about the state of affairs in our world now. Ours is a time of almost daily astonishment and often righteous rage over the latest degradations of what matters most to civilized, visionary people.
But rather than fearing this inner knowing, as Wild Women we embrace it. We surrender to its guidance. For when we not only listen but also rely on our intuition, we know what we need, what is good for us, and what we hunger for. When we are at one with our wild and true nature, we trust ourselves. We are surefooted.
Maybe you were led to believe that your body is fragile and broken and that it has very little to do with your emotional and spiritual wellness and creativity, when in fact it is the instrument built for just those things.
