The logline tells the hero’s story:

Make sure to avoid: -REPETITION – Your turn and decision should be new, not just an extension of a previous beat. This is not just a complication, but a new direction. -GOING BACK – Don’t return to a previous location or previous dramatic territory. Keep pushing ahead, unless there is great change in the old location/situation.

An engaging protagonist must struggle against tremendous odds to achieve his/her goal.

Page 25 is the place where I always go to first in a screenplay someone has handed me (we all have our reading quirks) to see “what happens on 25.” I want to know 1) if anything happens and 2) if this screenwriter knows that something should happen. And I mean something big.
