Think about the level of security you want in a job, the status, and the opportunities for advancement. If you thrive on recognition, include that in your dream. If you want a lot of autonomy and freedom, ask for that as well. Ask yourself if you thrive on a well-defined, structured job or if you want constant change and variety.
