“Three to Thrive”: three things that I want to accomplish. I envision them as if they were already achieved and feel a sense of celebration and gratitude for them. Priming is an important gift to yourself—if you did it for ten days, you’d be hooked.
For this reason, I get those I mentor to write lists of what they want to attract into their lives or businesses. I tell them to be as specific as they can without limiting the outcome.
