Making your bed every morning is powerful because of the fact that conscious attention orders the mind. An ordered mind is a happy one and starting your day on that note can build momentum into the rest.
The first lessons were about the practical aspects of pursuing a quest. If you want to achieve the unimaginable, you start by imagining it. Before beginning, take the time to count the cost. Understanding exactly what you need to do, and then finding a way to do it, makes a quest much more feasible.
The key to everything is the way you start. All beginnings are difficult, because you are trying to turn things from one direction to the opposite direction.
