每次听到张维迎的观点，我都会想起杨小凯，林毅夫的世纪之争。
杨小凯若泉下有知，心情不知是不是有喜有悲。
喜的是理论最终被证明， 悲的是曾经生活的土地可能是最大的试验场。
平心而论，林毅夫们鼓吹的“有效市场，有为政府”，正在被欧美大多数国家采纳。
但欧美可以，中国不行。
因为有为政府，如果没有权力制衡，在市场出现问题，补位扩权对市场纠偏后，尝到了权力美妙的滋味后，是绝对不会自愿让权，让市场重新主导的。
正如哈耶克在《通往奴役之路》里的那句名言
"危机是政府权力扩张和专制的最大借口。"
而当权者越扩权，市场就会越失效，经济就会越混乱，从而产生更大的社会和政治压力，而当权者面对更大的政治压力，本能的反应就是进一步扩权自保，从而形成恶性循环。... See more
