People came into my life, opportunities arose,

The truth is to love yourself with the same intensity

When you love yourself, life loves you too.

Loving myself is power. But it’s not a onetime thing. Just like workouts, it must be done consistently, perhaps for as long as I live.

The desire was to write down what I know that works — what makes me healthy, what makes me productive, what fulfills me, the basics of what makes my life zing — and then live it.

One day, after giving my younger self love, I asked myself, Someday, I’ll be older and wiser. What would that man say to me today?

My intention is that by the time you finish, not only will you be committed to loving yourself, you’ll know exactly how to do it. And most importantly, how to make it last.

I ask myself the question, "if I loved myself, truly and deeply, what would I do?"

Something I’ve learned: to grow fast, find someone you admire, and then model whatever it is about them that inspires you.
