You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.

My responsibility to the people I mentor is to add value. My goal is always to help them to become more than they are, not to try to make them something they’re not. It is necessary to learn to embrace work, as we can’t simply wait for a miracle to arrive and change our fortunes. Instead, we must all take the proactive steps that will lead us to our goals.

Sow an action and you reap a habit, sow a habit and you reap a character, sow a character and you reap a destiny. Psychologist William James paraphrasing philosopher Aristotle, and the first thing he thinks about this morning.

In business – especially if you have dreams of creating a really big business – it’s not about learning how to do something, it’s about knowing who can do it for you.
