Even as a trained counselor with years of experience, there are times when I see what depression does to people who I’ve seen previously well… and it deeply saddens and scares me.

Dismayed. Disillusioned. Disenfranchised. Depressed.

Struggling to understand

• running clubs

• active wear

• garmin or apple watch

• need to send this email

• email sits in drafts for days

• never sends the email

• talks to them in person

• schedule sending emails to clients so they think i have a balanced life

• cries 1-5 times a day
