I was so angry all the time. And I didn’t know why. Six months post autism diagnosis and actively accommodating myself. I can genuinely say, it was overstimulation. I’m a much happier person with my headphones, working from home, and wearing the same 4 pairs of leggings (same brand/color) and oversized hoodie, and no big light.
