Bosnian Serb commander Radislav Krstić, the first person to be convicted of genocide at the ICTY, has written a letter expressing guilt for Srebrenica. He asked that the letter be made public: "I would like my words to be read and understood by young people who live today in the areas where there used to be a country called Yugoslavia."
