Another technique is it unfolding right before your eyes, just as you do in everyday reality. Here you want to experience your senses just as you would if the experience was actually occurring. Your goal here is to internally simulate how you would actually be experiencing reality if your goal had already manifested.
Sometimes this is the best possible use of a completed manifestation. They can be very helpful in assisting us with learning more about what we do and don’t want. Stay positive about the experience and refine your request.
It’s important to note that you don’t just visualize yourself as having these emotions. You need to actually generate them within your body while doing the visualizations.
