Glenn Livingston’s approach helped me focus on what mattered most: the market. I realized that it was much easier to find a market and figure out what to sell them than to have a product and have to create a market for it.

A “Livingston-style” approach to selecting a market might go something like… “If a market has X number of Google searches every single month, and there are Y number of competitors, and the click prices on Google AdWords are in the reasonable range, then it’s a contender.
