One of my favourite discoveries on this island, which is the capital of the Cyclades, is the winery Ousyra, which uses organic cultivation methods and ancient indigenous grapes.

But it doesn’t fix low-self esteem, heal broken relationships, give you a pathway to meaning and help you overcome your fear of death.

This is what maturing is all about: figuring out the lessons you didn’t learn in childhood as quickly, efficiently, and playfully as possible in low-stakes environments where you can quickly learn from your mistakes and integrate that knowledge into wisdom (embodied knowledge).
